Worktops are the ideal kitchen surface from which to create a stylish breakfast bar in your kitchen. It is recommended that any worktops that overhang kitchen units have worktop supports, if the overhanging surface is more than 300mm. For anything larger than 300mm, a kitchen breakfast bar support leg will be required for every metre width of worktop, in order to fully support it without putting any unnecessary strain on the timber.
